1. When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 5-9 business days for delivery within the continental US.  Please add an additional 3-4 business days for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories

2. How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the product for more details and choose the desired quantity.
  3. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping and payment information and complete your purchase.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment via email.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are returned are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
